I'm a bar owner in East Nashville. Two and a half years ago I opened The Amsterdamian, a cocktail bar inspired by the Dutch golden-era drinking culture. Every tool we needed to run it well — reservations, loyalty, gift cards, events, marketing — cost too much, owned our customer data, or didn't talk to anything else.
